This policy explains how Volvoq (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit volvoq.in, request a demo or use the Volvoq school ERP platform.
Information we collect
- Website visitors: if you request a demo we collect your name, school name, email, phone number, city, approximate student count and any message you write.
- School users: schools enter staff, student, guardian, attendance, fee, exam and other records into the platform. The school decides what to record and is the owner of that data.
- Technical data: sign-in and security logs, and an audit trail of important actions inside the platform.
How we use it
- To respond to demo requests and communicate about Volvoq.
- To provide, secure and support the platform for schools.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.
School data and isolation
Each school’s data is kept separate from other schools. Users see only the information their role allows. Uploaded files are stored privately and served only to authorised users.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Schools control their records. Website enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Parents and students should contact their school, which controls the school’s records.
