Fee Management: frequently asked questions

Can parents pay online?

Online payment gateway integration is not available yet. Fees are recorded when the school receives them (cash, UPI, bank transfer or cheque). Parents can view balances and download receipts online.

Can we give discounts or custom fees?

Yes. You can assign custom fees and discounts to individual students.

What if a payment was entered wrongly?

Reverse it with a reason. The original receipt stays in the history and the balance is corrected.

Does it connect to accounts?

Yes. Choose the cash or bank account for each payment; fee collections are counted once in finance reports.
